Exercise to improve
your Dancing in Heels

I've been a dancer all my life, I transitioned into becoming a salsa & bachata dance instructor, finding a great joy in teaching classes and performing in dance teams. However, throughout this journey, I also sustained several injuries, which held me back from fully enjoying dancing.

That's when I discovered the amazing power of physical therapy and how it can benefit dancers' lives. I decided to shift my career to focus on rehabilitation and pursue my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree.

I'm so excited to help you,
and Want to share these great exercises.
